Institutional consultancy to establish a training policy for the Civil Service Commission (CSC) of the Maldives

FJS provided institutional consultancy to establish a training policy for the Civil Service Commission (CSC) of the Maldives to facilitate the systematic training and development of all civil servants of the Country. The training policy was developed through extensive consultations with stakeholder groups, including all relevant government ministries, departments and agencies. Following a validation workshop with diverse stakeholders, the final policy was adopted by the CSC.
