FJS engaged by the Maldives Airports Company Limited to develop a company procurement manual

FJS was engaged by the Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) to develop a company procurement manual. MACL is a 100% government owned limited liability company which operates the busiest international airport in Maldives. As part of the project, FJS created a detailed policy manual clearly defining authority, and responsibility, and sets guidelines for the company and the procurement professionals to follow while carrying out their duties.
