FJS concludes valuation of land owned by Central Bank of Maldives, Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA)

FJS concludes valuation of land owned by MMA to assess the Fair Value, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The purpose of the valuation is to present a true and fair value of the freehold land of MMA in the Financial Statements.
The Valuation exercise was carried out by our associate valuers, Kanti Karamsey & Co.
