Evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of trade services provided by the Min. of Economic Development

 FJS carried out an evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of trade services provided by the Ministry of Economic Development (MED) and developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). SOPs were developed for over 70 services provided by MED and an interactive user manual for trade service staff, an easy-to-use guide and FAQs for business clients were also developed.
