Cooperative business management training and consultancy

FJS carried out a cooperative business management training and consultancy project for a newly established cooperative society in Addu Atoll supported by Business Development Service Centre. The project included development of a business plan, product design, branding and positioning and food safety standards and processes and the provision of on-the-spot training and mentoring for the cooperative society for a period of four months.
