Dheena, equipped with her education and experience in tourism management and research, resourcefully multitasks in managing the daily operations of FJS including customer relations and business engagements. As a management consultant at FJS, Dheena has managed national level research and surveys, and worked with international market research agencies such as Nielsen and international organizations including World Bank Group and UNDP. Dheena has experience across the board working in the public sector, private sector and the civil society organizations including the Ministry of Tourism of Maldives. Dheena holds a Master of Business Administration from University of the West of England Bristol, UK, and BA (Hons) in Tourism Planning from University of Westminster, UK.

Inaz has over 20 years of experience working on the field of environment, climate change, renewable energy and sustainable development in the Maldives, engaging with Government, local communities, private sector and international organisations. He was heading the Environment and Energy portfolio of UNDP Maldives for 8 years and was instrumental in managing & leading climate change related projects, low-emission and climate resilient programmes, disaster risk management programmes and ecosystem conservation projects. Inaz’s experience ranges from Environment Impact Assessments, disaster risk management, water resources, energy, waste management, conservation and other areas of sustainable development.

Maleeka has over 20 years of experience working in the social sector in the field of human and social development focusing on health and wellbeing, poverty reduction, livelihoods development, peace and justice institutions, reduced socio-economic and legal inequality, human rights and gender equality. She also has expertise in the areas of human rights and justice, gender equality and social inclusion in political, sensitive and transitional contexts. Maleeka has worked with many international organisation including The Asia Foundation – Sri Lanka, Good Practice Group -Sri Lanka, University of Colombo – Sri Lanka, Queen Margaret University – Scotland, MHPSS.net, Women’s Link Worldwide & Research Centre for Peace – Spain, German Technical Cooperation – Sri Lanka, Centre for Poverty Analysis – Sri Lanka and UNFPA – Sri Lanka (& the Maldives).

Fayaz has over fifteen years of experience in the ICT industry and has led several major ICT related engagements across a wide range of areas, including web and graphic design, animation, networking, programming, security and hardware issues. He is also experienced in the area of multimedia design, including 2D and 3D animation, character design and illustration. He has worked with a number of public and private organizations, including the Maldives Tourism Development Corporation, the State Trading Organization, UNDP, the Maldives Tourism Promotion Board, and the National Centre for Information Technology, Maldives. Fayaz is a Certified Microsoft Systems Engineer, and a Cisco System Administrator.

Sana brings over thirty years of experience in the field of assurance, risk management and accounting services. Sana is a Certified Practicing Accountant from CPA Australia and a MIRA Licensed Tax Agent. She has held the position of CFO of State Trade Organization PLC and served as the chairperson of Allied Insurance company of Maldives and served on the boards of STO, STO Lanka Pvt Ltd, Maldives Stock Exchange and Maldives Securities Depository Company Pvt Ltd. She currently serves as a Chairperson on the Boards of the Bank of Maldives Plc.

Hamid has twenty years’ experience in socio-economic and development research, and management consulting. He has been leading FJS’s consulting arm for the past seven years. In his advisory role, Hamid has helped many large and small businesses in strategizing long terms plans and offering unalike perspectives to solving organizational problems. In addition to corporate sector, he has worked with various government and international development agencies on social and economic research, and public and private sector development planning. He has served on the governing Boards of Maldives Pension Administration Office, Housing Development Finance Corporation, Male’ Hospitals, and Maldives National University. Hamid has also been a visiting lecturer of Corporate Strategy and Strategic Marketing at Maldives National University and Villa College of Maldives.

Fareeha has twenty years of experience in strategic management, financial and business planning, auditing, training and socio-economic research. As co-founder she led FJS in its early years, and with the growth and diversification FJS achieved, she continues to lead its Assurance and Advisory arm. Fareeha has worked with prominent public sector and international organizations including UNDP, FAO, IFAD, WHO, World Bank and Asian Development Bank in addition to numerous private sector engagements. Fareeha has served as Chairperson of Bank of Maldives PLC and served on the boards of Maldives Pension Administration Office, Maldives Housing Finance Corporation PLC, and Ooredoo Maldives PLC. Fareeha is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, UK and a Council Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Maldives.
